<br />and currenfly has more than 50 engineers, planners,

<br />Firm Management Structure
<br />
<br />Kimley-Horn is a privately held corporation, fully owned by
<br />individuals who are current employees of the firm. Kimley-
<br />Horn is divided into six geographic regions-Mid-America,
<br />Mountain, Texas, California, Florida, and Southeast. Each
<br />region is managed by a team of representatives from
<br />production, marketing, administration, and practice
<br />building. Setting overall direction and policy for the firm is
<br />the firmwide management committee-also composed of
<br />representatives from production, marketing,
<br />administration, and practice building-which assists the
<br />regional teams as needed.

<br />The primary responsibility of the regional teams and
<br />management committee is to provide support to our
<br />project managers, who are responsible for every facet of a
<br />project from beginning to end-contracting, planning,
<br />scheduling, quality control, client contact and
