The City of Arden Hills' engineering needs align nicely with and can draw upon Barr's core services, which focus on the comprehensive management of municipal and regional resources. Since the 1960s, we have worked with more than 50 municipalities, providing a wide variety of capital im- provement and resource management services. Of particular interest to our staff are the development of infrastructure improvement and park facilities. We have worked with municipalities and park dis- tricts to provide quality-of-life improvements to meet the needs of a growing population, while main- taining the integrity of natural resources through innovative management plans and designs. We have led the way in providing unique state-of-the-art services, such as the implementation of rainwater gar- dens, to solve municipal stormwater and drainage problems. . We look forward to building a long-standing relationship with the City of Arden Hills. Since the early 1960s, Barr has worked with more than 50 municipalities in Minnesota and neighboring states, and our clients range from small municipalities to major metropolitan cities. We've successfully provided Arden Hills' neighboring municipalities, including Mounds View, Circle Pines, Shoreview, and Blaine, with a wide range of engineering and environmental services. We have also worked with munici- palities, counties, and other public agencies to design and implement geographical information systems (GIS) and custom software applications and to provide services ranging from health and safety and labo- ratory operations to public relations and technical writing.
