<br />8/23/2007 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />The firms selected for Traffic and Transportation Engineering have worked with MnlDOT and Ramsey <br />County, and have the capabilities of perforrrring regional modelinglreview as well as more localized <br />analysis. <br /> <br />As projects arise that will need to utilize a consultant's services, City staff will determine the appropriate <br />category, and ask those firms for a proposal. Staff will review the proposals and select a consultant to <br />complete the project. <br /> <br />Attached are excerpts from the proposals submitted by the firms recommended in the pool. If any of the <br />City Council members would like to review the entire proposals, staff has copies available. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Motion to Approve the Municipal Engineering Consultant Pool. <br />
