We have submitted documents to Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and they have reviewed and commented on our permit application (#07-072). We will providing <br />additional information to the RCWD to satisfY their questions and will be on the August 22, 2007 <br />Board Meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Anticioated Construction Schedule <br /> <br />Bethel University is hoping to have the two parking lots in the Upper East Parking Lot area <br />completed this Fall (2007). The Seminary Drive parking expansion area may not be constructed <br />until next year (2008). If this is the case, we would like to have the opportunity of extending <br />permit approvals if the project falls outside the 12 month window. <br /> <br />We trust we have responded to each of the City's requirements and concerns related to the <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit and for the Site Plan Review.
