<br />You will note that we are proposing to remove approximately 26 trees (345 caliper inches). <br />Surrounding and within the parking expansion areas, we are proposing to plant 40 new trees <br />(approximately 110 caliper inches). <br /> <br />We have engaged Sunde Land Surveying to confirm hard surface area quantities within the <br />Bethel University campus. As soon as we have those calculations, which will delineate <br />bituminous/ concrete areas from porous paver areas, we will forward them to you. <br /> <br />Related CoordinationIReview/Permittin" <br /> <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. We have submitted documents to Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and they have reviewed and commented on our permit application (#07-072). We will providing <br />additional information to the RCWD to satisfY their questions and will be on the August 22, 2007 <br />Board Meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Anticioated Construction Schedule <br /> <br />Bethel University is hoping to have the two parking lots in the Upper East Parking Lot area <br />completed this Fall (2007). The Seminary Drive parking expansion area may not be constructed <br />until next year (2008). If this is the case, we would like to have the opportunity of extending <br />permit approvals if the project falls outside the 12 month window. <br /> <br />We trust we have responded to each of the City's requirements and concerns related to the <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit and for the Site Plan Review.
