The <br />applicant has revised the sign plan, exterior styling on the proposed Walgreen's building, the <br />pedestrian connections, and other exterior changes to the development recommended in the <br />draft conditions provided by Staff in the August planning case memo. <br /> <br />A review of the sign plan is provided below; however, a more complete plan evaluation will <br />be prepared by Staff prior to the Planning Commission taking action on the proposal. <br /> <br />Shm Plan Proposal <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted a revised wall and monument sign plan for the proposed <br />Walgreen's store. Attachment 3E-2 includes a full set of plans for the entire property, <br />including a revised sign plan. The applicant further modified the building design and sign <br />plan after the full set of plans were submitted, which is included in Attachment 3E-3. <br /> <br />Because the property is adjacent to County Road E and Lexington Avenue, it is in sign <br />district 4 and 5.
