Permit Timeline. Please be advised that, at the request of RCWD, we are undertaking a <br />relatively expensive study of the existing pond and area wide storm water system in order to give <br />the watershed district the base line information that it desires, even though Arden Plaza is only <br />one of several sources of storm water into the pond. <br /> <br />7. Common Space Management. The applicant shall submit an agreement for shared <br />management and maintenance of the parking areas, landscaping, and stormwater <br />areas prior to executing the final plat.
