The asphalt path along Lexington Avenue shall be replaced with a
concrete sidewalk that is at least six feet in width. The sidewalk shall extend from the
sidewalk at County Road E to the Lexington Avenue entrance.

RESPONSE: Agreed

11. Sidewalk. The applicant shall provide a sidewalk from the south side of building one
to the main entrance on building one.

RESPONSE: Agreed. Specifically, there is a sidewalk along the east side of building one ("A")
from the main entrance to the south side, and we have relocated the sidewalk from Building A to
Building B by moving it to the east so that the east sidewalk for Building A connects more
directly to the sidewalk for Building B.

12. Sidewalk. The applicant shall provide a sidewalk from the sidewalk on County Road
E closer to the entrance to building one provided the topography permits such a
walkway.

RESPONSE: The topography does not permit this sidewalk. In addition, we are intentionally
directing pedestrian traffic to the landscaped plaza area that is just west of the Walgreens
building.

13. Screening. The dumpsters and mechanical equipment shall be fully screened from
public view with fencing and/or landscaping.

RESPONSE: Walgreens has agreed to this. With respect to the screening of dumpsters,
Walgreens has agreed to use the san1e brick for this screening as the brick used on the exterior of
the Walgreens building. In addition, the gates will be metal, not wood, and painted to match the
brick color.

14. Screening. The loading dock to building two shall be fully screened with a retaining
wall and vegetation from the full length of the Lexington Avenue entrance.

2
