In tcrms of item #1, Stacie Kvilvang of Ehlers and Associates has been working on estimates. We will be able to prcsent some information to Council on Monday night. Stacie has worked with appraiscrs to look at recent acquisitions, Ramsey County Property rccords, and other resources to develop these estimates. ltem #2 was addressed at the September 10 City Council meeting. Ken Hclvcy of SRF gave a prescntation regarding relocation benefits. If Council desires additional follow-up in this area, pleasc advice staff during the work session discussion. ]n rcgards to Item #3, SEH will be available at the meeting to discuss potential traffic impacts, and Ryan can address impacts on the development of the TCAAP propelty. The last itcm is one that I have been working on with Attomey Filla. I asked him to prepare a written rcport to outlinc some of the issues relating to land acquisition for public projects. On September 12, thc Mayor and I attended a meeting with the legislativc tcam. In attendance were representatives from Ryan and from McGrann Shea, who are working on transportation funding. As Council is awarc, we submitted an application for the 2008 bonding bill. It was indicatcd at the mceting that the legislative tours of projects that were submitted for the bonding bill would likely occur in November. DIRECTION REQUESTED StafT is requesting direction from Council on next stcps for the discussion regarding Highway 10 " -,. Some possible areas for follow-up include: Furthcr questions that need answers or additional information desired by Council. Consensus on either proceeding or not proceeding with a concept plan. Scheduling of any additional work sessions or meetings related to this project.
