Councilmember McClung stated he supports
Councilmember Holden's amendment changing the date to July 1, 2008. He suggested if GSA
does not accept that the City rescind.

Councilmember Grant stated there may be other ways to bring the City's message across,
noting the parties agreed to the date on the teleconference. He indicated he will vote against the
amendment.

Amendment motion failed (2-3). Voting in favor of the amendment were Councilmembers
Holden and McClung.
