The applicant shall provide written approval from the utilities companies prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits or any site preparation to ensure that there is no <br />impact on the gas or power lines. <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the floor to Commission questions. <br /> <br />Chair Sand inquired about the amount and types of trees that would be removed. Mr. <br />Lehnhoff stated that it would be a total of 21 trees removed trees would be <br />planted. He <br />stated that theyare trying to use space that can't be used for other purposes and are trying <br />to avoid the removal of trees. He stated they have used permeable pavers and it has <br />worked well. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette inquired if they intend to use pervious surfacing for the <br />proposed lots. Mr. Kunkel stated that it is their intent to use pervious surfacing. <br /> <br />Ben Feldman, representative from Anderson, Johnson, and Associates, stated the product <br />used for pervious surfacing is a borgert product. <br />
