The improvements include replacement of existing tennis and basketball courts. <br /> <br />WSB & Associates will perform the following services: <br /> <br />Field Survey: We will complete a boundaryltopographic survey over the affected project area <br />and prepare a base map to be used in final design. The survey will be based on the Ramsey <br />County Coordinate System. We will also include the approximate location of private and public <br />utilities based on as-builts provided by the City and through a Gopher-One-Design design locate <br />(other public and private utilities). <br /> <br />Final Design: This will include preparation of plans and specifications necessary for final <br />construction. Our documents will include the following: <br /> <br />. Removals <br />. Site plan including grading and drainage <br />. Asphalt pavement design and details <br />. Erosion control plan and erosion permit from Rice Creek Watershed District <br />. Specific technical specifications <br />. Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost <br /> <br />We will also provide a recommendation for salvaging or replacing existing nets, posts, fencing <br />and other applicable items. We will base our recommendation on the quality and function of the <br />item and provide a cost comparison for installing new materials verses salvaging the existing <br />items.
