DEVELOPMENT TIMELlNE AND GENERALIZED STAGING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Based on the Master Plan that was developed in 2003, over the course of 12 to 20 <br />years, there are many proposed improvements, renovations, additions, and other <br />modifications. These proposed projects will address on-campus housing, parking <br />traffic, surface water, and classroom/office space issues faced by the College now <br />and with growth in the number of students, faculty, and staff. In discussions with the <br />College, the 2003 Master Plan has been used as a baseline and updated with new <br />information to develop a potential phasing of the improvements.
