Desire 3rd PT due to FTE increase; served 2270 of population.; norm <br />is 1670 at Christian Colleges. <br />3. Limited to 10-15 sessions due to facilities limitations. <br />4. Peak times for student need: post -holiday, before finals and before / <br />around end of school year. <br />Alumni 1. Location, location, location! <br />2. Confidentiality an issue with work study and others. Need for <br />institutional policy for conference room quantity, location and avail- <br />ability? <br />3. Consolidate with other areas? High traffic area with outside vendors. <br />3. Network wiring important; 600-700 print projects a year. <br />4. Total area could use conference room. <br />5. Consolidate with other areas? Gift Planning, PR, Alumni all <br />together? <br />Athletics 1. Concern if Riley Gym is converted to classroom and lab space. <br />Pressure of scheduling, availability and maintenance. <br />2. Parking a problem for events; location, not quantity. Could some <br />spaces be "open' for games; roughly 500 people attend football <br />games. <br />3. Viewing Room too small for teams; too big for coaches; "right -siz- <br />ing" of facilities. <br />4. Riley Gym primarily intramural and softball/ baseball practice; 39 <br />events scheduled. <br />5. Currently rent to church groups on weekends; closing Riley may <br />preclude this; is this a policy issue? Outreach? <br />6. Concessions clean, but no water; would like to replace, but ... <br />7.
