B. Maintaining the existing runoff characteristics of peak flow and volume from the <br />campus's sub watersheds in accordance with rules promulgated by NPDES, the <br />Cities of Arden Hills and Roseville, and the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />C. Effective implementation of the College's policies with regard to BMPs and the <br />NPDES measurable goals in the areas of Public Education and Outreach, Public <br />Participation/Involvement, Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination, Construction <br />Site Runoff Control, Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping and Post Construction <br />Runoff Control. <br />There follows Figure 4 which shows proposed improvements that are the subject of this <br />PUD as it was begun. Since the process began, a number of changes and refinements <br />have occurred. There follows Exhibit B as taken from the PUD Report dated August, 2007, <br />entitled "Anticipated General Site Development and Phasing Plan." This plan represents <br />the most current version of the Campus Plan. Key changes in this plan include: <br />A. Realignment of the road in the northeastern corner of the campus. <br />B. Design of the parking ramp with access to other parking and two-way streets to allow <br />egress from the parking ramp to Lincoln Drive. <br />C. Deletion of the maintenance facility/parking ramp on the northwest corner of the plan. <br />D. Movement of the proposed dormitory from the east side of the Campus to a more <br />central location. <br />E.
