Official Zoning Map: The amended Official Zoning Map, with Water .Management Overlay Districts, is <br />hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this Chapter. <br />C. Maintenance of Records: Said Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the office of the Community <br />Development Director. The Community Development Director shall maintain the necessary records to <br />maintain and display the Official Zoning Map as amended. <br />D. Boundaries: The boundaries of the overlay districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map are considered to be <br />approximate and must be established on the ground at the time of any application for permit, variance, <br />conditional use, planned unit development or subdivision of land. <br />E. Allowable Land Uses: The existing zoning on the site shall specify the allowable land uses but all such uses <br />must additionally comply with any more restrictive standards and criteria of this Chapter. <br />F. Private Sewer Systems Prohibited: Individual on-site sewage treatment systems are prohibited in all Water <br />Management Overlay Districts. (Ord. 1156, 12-12-1994) <br />1016.13: SHORELAND CLASSIFICATIONS: <br />The following public waters of the City have been classified either consistent with the criteria found in Minnesota <br />Regulations, part 6120.3300, and the Protected Waters Inventory Map for Ramsey County, Minnesota, or <br />classified by the City when no classification was available from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br />The "shoreland area" for the water bodies listed in the table below shall be as defined in this Chapter and shown on <br />the Official Zoning Map. Additional Standards: The following development standards are in addition to any standards that apply <br />specifically to the underlying zoning district. Where there is conflict between the underlying and overlying <br />district standards, the most restrictive shall apply. <br />B.
