Updated Architectural Site Plan (ALl and Al.2) with parking stall information, <br />4. Color rendering of the proposed redevelopment, <br />5. Updated Signage Plan (A3.4), <br />6. Traffic and Parking Safety study. <br /> <br />Proposal and Process <br /> <br />1. Project Description <br /> <br />The 12.55 acre Arden Plaza property has a 52,580 square foot retail strip mall, and a 53,285 <br />square foot office building. The office building is commonly referred to as the pod office <br />building. The proposed tenant for Lot 2 is a Walgreen's <br />store. The developer does not yet have tenants for lots three or four. <br /> <br />This proposal technically includes four requests: <br />1. Master Plarmed Unit Development for Phases 1-3 of the Arden Plaza Redevelopment <br />2. Final Planned Unit Development for Phase 1 of the Arden Plaza Redevelopment <br />3. Preliminary Plat <br />4. Final Plat <br /> <br />This report will only address the revised information included in the attachments. Please <br />refer to the September 5 planning case report for the complete set of plans.
