Rendering and elevation of southwesterly view from Lexington Avenue and
County Road E.
2. Landscaping Plan showing trees removed and trees retained.
3. Two photographs of potential garden center.
4. Information on parking current number of parking spaces and number lost.
5. Traffic analysis previously requested by the County, City Engineer, and
Plarming Commission. This includes an analysis indicating that the "head in"
parking in front of the existing retail building is safe. In addition, we are
including a revised plan that shows pedestrian access areas from the existing
retail building to increase the safety of pedestrian access to the parking lot.
Please note that we did ask our plarmers to determine the impact of
rearranging the parking to avoid the "head in" parking, and they indicate that
we would have a net loss of 15 stalls in that rearrangement.
6. Revised landscape plan. Earlier this summer we planted new landscaping
materials in the planters next to the existing retail building, and we are
including two photographs ofthat.
