Walgreen's has agreed to soften this by replacing <br />this sign with a decal graphic ofthe mortar and pestle applied to the back wall, <br />and illuminated by the lights within the tower. <br />8. Our exterior lighting consultant indicates that the parking lot lighting will be a <br />"white" light that is used almost universally in new retail centers. High <br />Pressure Sodium lights are discouraged because they are not as safe and <br />distort colors. <br />9. Pope Associates calculated the pervious green areas of each building pad. The <br />results are: <br />a. Walgreen's Pad: 28.5% <br />b. East Central Pad: 23.6% <br />c. South Pad: 18.2% <br />d.
