Ryan's expertise includes the anal- <br />ysis and interpretation of financial, statistical and <br />demographic data. His focus at Maxfield is col- <br />lecting data and analyzing the findings. <br /> <br />Ryan has completed and assisted in several <br />projects including analysis for a wide variety of <br />for-sale and rental housing in the Twin Cities Me- <br />tro Area and greater Minnesota, senior housing <br />and commercial/industrial analysis for Scott <br />County and artist housing in Northeast Minneap- <br />olis. <br /> <br />Prior to joining Maxfield, Ryan worked as an in- <br />tern at Opus Northwest Management. While <br />there he worked closely with property managers gaining an understanding of the <br />real estate industry from the management side. <br /> <br />MAXFIELD RESEARCH INC. <br /> <br />In 2005 Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a fo- <br />cus in World Politics and Economics from Taylor University in Indiana. Ryan also <br />studied at Hong Kong Baptist University during the fall of 2003. <br />
