Old City Hall Property Information The old City Hall property is approximately 6.82 acres. It fronts County Road 96 and is abutted by residential lots and a daycare facility. The property has access from Hamline Avenue and County Road 96, which is right-in, right-out only (Attachment 1.A-1). The property is currently zoned NB (Neighborhood Business).
