Both of these Cities have positive experiences with Tower <br />Cleaning Systems, Inc. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />A-I Contract Cleaning has also been utilized for terrazzo floor waxing, carpet cleaning, and exterior <br />window washing when requested. Typically, the City strips and waxes the terrazzo floor twice a <br />year, has the exterior windows washed once a year, and carpet cleaning once every two-three years. <br />Staff requested that these additional service fees be included in the quotes. Tower's proposed rates <br />for these services were either lower or similar to A-I Contract Cleaning's prices. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff Recommends Approval ofa Motion to Authorize Staff to Contract with Tower Cleaning <br />Systems, Inc. for Basic City Hall Cleaning Services in an Amount not to Exceed $10,799.16 <br />Annually. <br />
