<br />A. No more than three (3) RV's may be stored outside on a residential lot. No more than <br />one ill of the three ill R V's may be eithef a self-propelled motor home era travel <br />trailer, camper, or other similar type ofRV. <br /> <br />B. Ex1erior storage ofRV's less 1han seven (7) feet in height shall be pennit1ed in the rear <br />or side yarn, with a minimum of five (5) feet from any property linc, except when such <br />yard is adjacent to a street where no RV storage is allowed. RVs shall not be placed <br />within the principle structure side vard setback and shall be at least ten (10) feet from <br />anv rear property lines. Ifboth side and rear yards are available for parking or storage, <br />then the location with the least visibility from streets aiJ.d neighboring property, as <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator, shall be used fof such storage. <br /> <br />C. RV's less than ty,enty eight (28) feet in length maybe stored outside anywhere in the <br />area '.vhere RV's less than seven (7) fcet in height are allowed as in thc above Section <br />1325.1 0 SuM 2.1\.2. On anv lot. RVs shalLriot be stored closer to the front propertv <br />line than the principle structure or attached garage. Additionally, in the case of comer <br />lots the R V shall not be stored closer to thejJroperty line than the principle structure or <br />attached garage in the side vard adiacent to the street. <br /> <br />D. Short-Term Parkine: with Permit.
