For pharmacies, we <br />have Arden Pharmacy, Cub's and Target's <br />pharmacies within a stone's throw, and two additional Walgreens <br />within a three mile radius. <br /> <br />Traffic on the intersection is already a problem during the rush <br />hours, and this would only make it worse.
