Staff is still <br /> gathering information for the committee. We have included the current working copy of the <br /> Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)that is being worked on for 2008. Staff is also gathering sample <br /> policies, compiling fund balances (working capital and unreserved) and cash reserve analysis for <br /> future discussions.
