<br />Dear Mr. Sand, <br /> <br />I am the owner of Hair Expressions in the Arden Plaza. I had previously written a letter in <br />support of the renovations of the Arden PIl1Z3. I listened in on the last Planning <br />Commission meeting and heard one of the members say that the parking lot is usually <br />quite full presently and especially around the lunch hour. I strongly disagree and I had <br />mentioned in my letter that the mall parking lot is so bare that it looks "not worth going <br />to" for new customers. We are there every single day to see this. I have enclosed pictures <br />of our lot between the hours of 12:00 - 2:00pm on different weekdays. You can clearly <br />see that there is plenty of parking available.
