As part ofthe POO approval, the City <br />Council must review and approve an official POO Permit that lists the approved plans and <br />conditions of approval. Each project within the Plan will require a site plan review with <br />Planning Commission and City Council approval prior to the start of construction. During the <br />site plan review, the City will review detailed landscaping, stormwater, architectural, and other <br />applicable plans for the project. The plans will be evaluated to determine if it conforms to the <br />approved Master Plan and other City regulations. Approving this POO permit does not authorize <br />the construction of any of the projects in the Plan. <br /> <br />A Development Agreement is prepared for each project when it is approved, which is a separate <br />document that outlines detailed building, landscaping, parking plans; specific conditions from <br />the site plan approval; and other applicable conditions or plans for a specific proj ect.
