Ckty of Arden hills Chapter 12 Sign Code <br />Section 1280 — Non -Conforming Signs <br />1280.01 Non -conforming Signs. It is the intent of this Chapter that non -conforming signs <br />shall not be enlarged or expanded, nor be used as grounds for adding other signs or uses <br />prohibited elsewhere in the same district. It is further the intent, =of this Chapter to permit <br />legal non -conforming signs to remain provided that such <br />not to be unsightly, and have not been abandoned <br />provisions: <br />Subd.
