City of Arden Hills Chapter 12 Sign Code <br />Subd. 4 Should such sign or sign structure be permanently moved for any reason <br />for any distance, it shalt thereafter conform to the regulations for the sign district in <br />which it is located after it is moved; <br />Subd. 5 An existing sign devoted to a use not permitted'by the Section 1320, Zoning <br />Ordinance, in the zoning district in which it is located shall_notbe enlarged, <br />expanded or moved except in changing the sign to a sign permifted:in the sign <br />district in which it is located; <br />Subd. 6 When a building or use loses its nonconforming status, all signs devoted to <br />the structure or use -shall be removed and all signs painted directly on the structure <br />shall be repainted'in a <br />structure; <br />12-37 <br />r or a color which will harmonize with the <br />DRAFT January 9, 2008 <br />
