options <br />Although the City Code and State Statutes do not specifically require the Planning Commission <br />to review changes to the Sign Code, Staff is requesting that the Planning Commission review the <br />proposed changes and provide comments and questions. If the Planning Commission feels that it <br />is appropriate, a recommendation to the City Council can be made. No official action is <br />required. <br />Notice <br />Amendments to the Sign Code do not require a public notice or a public hearing.
