<br />Commissioner Ho]ewa inquired if Ms. Abraham knew where the highwater line <br />is. Ms. Abraham stated it is higher than the shoreline. <br /> <br />Ms. Abraham inquired about the difference in storing cars in the driveway and <br />storing a boat. <br /> <br />Sam Clark, 3342 Lake Johanna Blvd., stated he is confused about the setbacks. <br />He inquired about the timing of the decision. <br /> <br />Ms. Beekman stated it is tentatively on the December agenda. She stated it is <br />possible to set a start date after the ordinance is enacted. <br /> <br />Mr. Clark stated he doesn't have ten feet above the highwater mark.
