GoodPointe has submitted the attached proposal to complete the survey in 200S for <br />$6,975, This would be financed through the PIR Fund and spread over the proj ects listed in the <br />Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Authorize staff to enter into an agreement with GoodPointe Technology to perform the 2008 <br />Pavement Condition Index (PCI) survey, <br />
