The requested services are to perform a detailed <br />Pavement Condition Index (PCI) survey on approximately 31 centerline-miles <br />of roadway in the City of Arden Hills and enter the data into the City's existing <br />pavement management system. This pavement condition survey will update <br />the set of pavement management system data and will form the basis of <br />future budget analysis projections for the City. <br /> <br />Attached to this letter is a scope of services and related cost proposal.
