Thc <br />City Council askcd MnDOT to takc an indcpcndcnt look at thc arca and havc thcir dcsign <br />cngincers try to design somc ncw altcrnativcs. The MnDOT dcsign tcam held an internal <br />meeting on Novcmbcr 28, 2007 and was givcn paramcters of rcducing impacts to thc <br />Ardcn Manor neighborhood and providing access to TCAAP, <br /> <br />· Deccmber 13, 2007 - thc Scnate Bonding Committee visits Ardcn Hills for a prescntation <br />by the Mayor on why this project should bc included in the bonding bill. <br /> <br />. January 22, 2008 - the City Council held a Work Session to revicw and discuss the <br />concept and phasing options that MnDOT dcsigned at their internal mceting on <br />November 28, 2007. At the meeting represcntativcs j1-01n MnDOT, Ramsey County, and <br />City Staff presented thc July 23, 2007 SEI-I concept as thc rccommcnded prefcrrcd <br />concept. City Council provided dircction to staff to bring thc prcferred concept as an <br />agenda item to the January 28,2008 City Couneilmceting. <br />
