<br />1. The RV meets the reauirements of Section 1325.12 <br />Subd. 2. D. E. and F. <br />2. The rear yard is fullv enclosed bv a six foot privacy <br />fence or is substantiallv screened from adiacent <br />properties as determined bv the Zonina Administrator; <br />which may include fencina. veaetation. or both. <br /> <br /> <br />D. RV's less than thirty four (34) foet in lengtl'l may be allol/ied by <br />conditional uce permit in a rear or side yard, with a minimum side <br />and rear yard setback of ten (10) foet, except when such a yard <br />abuts a street, where no parl<ing is allowed. This conditional use <br />permit procedure will allow the unique ciroumstancec of each lot to <br />be considered and the most appropriate storage location <br />determined, RVs. utilitv trailers. and watercraft shall not be <br />stored within the principal structure side yard setback. and <br />shall be at least ten (10) feet from the rear property line. If <br />both side and rear yards are available for storaae. then the <br />location with the least visibilitv from streets and neiahborina <br />property. as determined bv the Zonina Administrator. shall be <br />used for such storaae. <br /> <br />E. RV's over seven (7) f-oet in height may be stored anywhere in <br />the buildable portion of a residential lot. RVs. utilitv trailers. and <br />watercraft shall not be stored closer to the street than the <br />principal structure or attached aaraae on the lot where they <br />are stored. <br /> <br />F. The owner or occupant of any shoreline lot is permitted to ctore <br />up to three (3) boats or watercraft, in addition to other permitted <br />RV's, pr<Jvided that such boats or 'Natercrafl: <br /> <br />1. Are ctored in locationc permitted for other RV's ac regulated <br />above, except that pormitted boats or 'Nateroraft may alE:o be <br />stored in the required Iakeshore cotback area but not within <br />fifty (50) foot of the water's edge, Lesser lakechore <br />setbacks are pormitted when topographic conditiens, lot <br />configuratien and/or the cize and bulk of the watercraft do <br />not allow the normal fifty (50) foot setback to be met. For <br />purposes of this provision, this permitted lakeshore setback <br />encroachment shall be treated as part of the buildable <br />portion of the lot. <br />Watercraft shall include, but, shall not be limited to, power boats, <br />cruisers, canoes, jet sldc, fiE:hing!hunting boats, pontoon boats and <br />sail boats.
