RV Condition While Stored. ~lo such equipment shall be <br />stored or parked unless it is in condition for safe and effective <br />performanco and is currently licensed. RVs. utilitv trailers. and <br />watercraft shall be stored or parked in a secure, safe. orderlv. <br />and well-maintained condition that does not inhibit emeraencv <br />vehicle access to any property. All RVs. utilitv trailers. and <br />watercraft shall be currentlv licensed. if applicable. and <br />operable at all times. <br /> <br />E. Ownership. Pormitted storage shall only be allowed for RVs, <br />utilitv trailers. and watercraft shall be owned by the owner or <br />occupant of the property on which the RV is they are stored. <br /> <br />F. RVs. utilitv trailers, and watercraft shall not be permitted on <br />a vacant lot unless in conformance with Section 1325.11. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 General Regulations for the Exterior Storage of RV's in Residential <br />Districts. Permitted RV. Utilitv Trailer. and Watercraft StoraQe. Storina <br />RVs, Utilitv Trailers. and Watercraft outdoors is permitted in all <br />residential districts provided that all of the followinQ provisions are met: <br /> <br />A. No more than three (3) RVs. utilitv trailers. or watercraft <br />may be stored outside on a residential lot are permitted. No! <br />more than one ill of the three ill RVs may be eitIlef a self- <br />propelled motor home, eF-a travel trailer, camper. or other <br />similar type of RV. RVs and watercraft on a trailer shall be <br />considered as one. <br /> <br />B. Exterior storage of RV's less than se'/en (7) feet in height shall <br />be permitted in the reGr or side yard, with Cl minimum of five (8) foet <br />from any property line, except when such yard is adjacent to a <br />street where no RV storage is allowed. RVs, utilitv trailers. and <br />watercraft shall not be areater than twentv-eiQht (28) feet in <br />lenath or twelve (12) feet in height. <br /> <br />C.
