<br />AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE OUTDOOR STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL
<br />VEHICLES, UTILITY TRAILERS, AND WATERCRAFT
<br />
<br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby repeals Section 1325,10 and ordains that Section 1305.04
<br />Subd 136 is amended, Section 1305,04 Subd 137, Subd 138, Subd 180, and Subd 187 are added,
<br />all subsequent subdivisions shall be renumbered to reflect these additions, and Section 1325,12
<br />and its subdivisions are added in the Arden Hills City Code to read as follows:

<br />1305.04 Definitions.
<br />
<br />Subd. 136 Recreational Vehicles (RVs). Vehicles for recreational or utilitarian uses that
<br />can be driven, towed, or hauled. Including, but not limited to, motor homes and travel
<br />trailers, snowmobiles, pull campers, riding lawn mowers, all terrain vehicles (ATVs),
<br />tent trailers, or other similar vehicles.

<br />Subd. 137 Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and Watercraft, Height. The distance
<br />as measured from the ground to the highest point of the recreational vehicle, utility
<br />trailer, or watercraft, including any covering, as stored, This does not including
<br />antennas and utility/mechanical systems provided they are accessory and take up no
<br />more than ten (10) percent of the roof surface area. RVs and watercraft on a trailer shall
<br />be measured as one,

<br />Subd. 138 Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and Watercraft, Length, The distance
<br />as measured from end to end of the recreational vehicle, utility trailer, or watercraft,
<br />including any hitch, motor, and covering, as stored. RVs and watercraft on a trailer shall
<br />be measured as one,
