<br />motorized one and two person crafts such as canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats.

<br />Subd. 187 Utility Trailer. Equipment used for recreational or utilitarian purposes that
<br />can be towed; such as special purpose trailers (i,e, boat trailers, ATV trailers) or other
<br />hauling trailers.

<br />
<br />1325.12 Recreational Vehicle, Utility Trailer and, Watercraft Outdoor Storage. The
<br />umegulated outside parking and outside storage of recreational vehicles, utility trailers, and
<br />watercraft within a residential use district is found to create a nuisance, hazard and detrimental
<br />influence upon the public health, safety and general welfare of the community by obstructing the
<br />view on streets and on private property, bringing noise and odors into residential areas, creating
<br />cluttered and otherwise unsightly areas, preventing the full use of residential streets for
<br />residential parking, reducing the useable open space of streets and private property and otherwise
<br />adversely affecting residential property values and neighborhood maintenance and improvement.
<br />
<br />Subd.1 General Regulations for Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Utility Trailers, and
<br />Watercraft in All Districts.
<br />
<br />A. Storage in an Enclosed Structure, RVs, utility trailers, and watercraft of any
<br />height or length may be kept within an enclosed structure provided the
<br />structure conforms to the underlying zoning requirements of the district.
<br />
<br />B, Attachment to Ground Not Permitted, RVs, utility trailers, and watercraft
<br />shall not be permanently affixed to the ground in a manner that would prevent
<br />removal. RVs and watercraft not permitted to be operated on public streets
<br />shall be placed on or in a trailer or motor vehicle,
<br />
<br />C, Use, RVs, utility trailers, and watercraft shall not be used for temporary or
<br />permanent living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes, RVs and watercraft
<br />shall not be connected to sewer, water, or other utilities, unless otherwise
<br />permitted in Section 1325,12 Subd. 3B,
<br />
<br />D, Condition While Stored. RVs, utility trailers, and watercraft shall be stored
<br />or parked in a secure, safe, orderly, and well-maintained condition that does
<br />not inhibit emergency vehicle access to any property, All RVs, utility trailers,
<br />and watercraft shall be currently licensed, if applicable, and be operable at all
<br />times.
<br />
<br />E, Ownership, RVs, utility trailers, and watercraft shall be owned by the
<br />owner or occupant of the property on which they are stored,
