<br />B. Short-Term Parking with Permit. Administrative permits for a period of up <br />to seven (7) days, renewable once during a twelve (12) month period, may be <br />obtained from the Zoning Administrator that would permit a licensed and <br />operable RV, utility trailer, or watercraft to park in the driveway, provided it is <br />not within five (5) feet of the curb and does not encroach upon a pedestrian <br />walkway. This permit would allow a motor home or other similar vehicle to be <br />connected to water and electricity. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Riparian Residential Lots, <br /> <br />A, In addition to RV, utility trailer, and watercraft storage permitted by <br />Section 1325,12 Subd, 2, the owner or occupant ofa riparian lot is permitted to <br />store two (2) additional watercraft, <br /> <br />B, RVs and utility trailers shall not be stored within fifty (50) feet of the <br />shoreline, <br /> <br />C.
