<br />H, Alternative locations for storing a RV, utility trailer, or watercraft may be <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator with an administrative permit for one <br />(1) RV, utility trailer, or watercraft, when topographic conditions or lot <br />configuration do not allow for the norma110cation regulations to be met and all <br />ofthe following criteria are met: <br />1, It is at least three feet from the side or rear property line; <br />2.
