<br />Proposed Recreational Vehicle, Utility Trailer, and Watercraft <br />Outdoor Storage Ordinance <br /> <br />1305.04 Definitions: <br /> <br />Subd. 136 Recreational Vehicles (RVs). Vehicles for recreational use that <br />can be driven, towed or hauled. These vehicles may be designed to be <br />temporary li'ling sp:lCe for camping/tra'/el use. RV's shall include: <br /> <br />- travel trailers <br />- camping trailers <br />- truck campers <br />- self propelled motor homes <br /> <br />boats and watercraft <br />up to 4 snowmobiles on a trailer <br />all terrain vehicles (,II. TV's) <br /> <br />Buses, motorcoaches, passenger busos, school busos shall not be included <br />in this definition unless con'/erted for rocroational use. Vehicles for <br />recreational or utilitarian uses that can be driven, towed, or hauled. <br />Includinq, but not limited to, motor homes and travel trailers, <br />snowmobiles, pull campers, ridinq lawn mowers, all terrain vehicles <br />(ATVsl. tent trailers, or other similar vehicles. <br /> <br />Subd. 137 Recreational Vehicles, Utilitv Trailers, and Watercraft, Heiqht. <br />The distance as measured from the qround to the hiqhest point of the <br />recreational vehicle, utilitv trailer, or watercraft, includinq any coverinq, <br />as stored. This does not includinq antennas and utility/mechanical <br />systems provided they are accessory and take UP no more than ten (10) <br />percent of the roof surface area. RVs and watercraft on a trailer shall be <br />measured as one. <br /> <br />Subd. 138 Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and Watercraft, Lenqth. <br />The distance as measured from end to end of the recreational vehicle, <br />utility trailer, or watercraft, includinq any hitch, motor, and coverinq, as <br />stored.
