City of Arden Hills Chapter 12 Sign Code <br />Subd. 5 The applicant shall demonstrate compliance with the provisions of this <br />section (including but not limited to: the dimensions of individual banner signs, the <br />dimensions of that group of banner signs, and the total square feet of temporary <br />banner signs). <br />1250.05 Permanent Scoreboard Signs for Athletic Fields at Mounds View High School, <br />Bethel University, and Northwestern College. Athletic fields at Mounds View High School, <br />Bethel University, and Northwestern College may be permitted to have permanent <br />scoreboard signage at their athletic fields that is clearly secondary to the overall <br />appearance of the scoreboard. Such signage shall face the field of play so that the impact of <br />the signage is directed only to those utilizing the field or watching th orting event, and <br />not surrounding property owners. The content of scoreboard si ge 1 comply with <br />the sponsorship sign regulations as established by Mounds V' Hilh Schoo , Bethel <br />University, and Northwestern College, for their respective <br />Administrator or the Administrator's desigAto <br />a public roadway or from property outside <br />University, and Northwestern College.
