Athletic fields at Mounds View High School, <br />Bethel University, and Northwestern College may be permitted to have permanent <br />scoreboard signage at their athletic fields that is clearly secondary to the overall <br />appearance of the scoreboard. Such signage shall face the field of play so that the impact of <br />the signage is directed only to those utilizing the field or watching th orting event, and <br />not surrounding property owners.
