<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL-January 14, 2008 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />City Planner Lehnhoff stated that Item B contained an omission regarding the term of Alternate <br />Planning Commissioner David Sand. He stated that the resolution should state that Mr. Sand's <br />term will expire in 2009. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holden questioned if Item L would be one bid or separate bids. Parks and <br />Recreation Manager Olson replied it would be one bid <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of a1l <br />necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0). <br /> <br />5. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Motion to Adopt Resolution 2008-007, Receiving the Feasibility Report for the <br />2008 PMP Project and Ordering the Public Hearing for Asbury Avenue and <br />Ridgewood Road from the City Limits to Glenhill Road. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer Giga presented Resolution 2008-007. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant recognized the Journalism Students from Bethel Co1lege. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant stated the City of Arden Hi1ls shares engineering services with <br />Rosevi1le. He commented that the roads in question are in Arden Hi1ls and Rosevi1le. <br /> <br />Councilmernber Holden questioned how the neighborhood meetings went and the agreement of <br />28 feet for a proposed street width. Civil Engineer Giga replied the 28 foot road width is what <br />Roseville residents decided upon in their meetings. She stated the Arden Hi1ls residents are in <br />agreement with the 28 foot width. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holden questioned whether trees would be removed. Civil Engineer Giga <br />replied no tree removal is planned. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber McClung stated there are five properties that overlap both cities.
