She stated both cities would receive a proposal of the calculation for review <br />by each City Attorney. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holmes questioned whether the proposed Arden Hills curb and gutter IS <br />consistent with that being proposed in Roseville. Civil Engineer Giga replied they were. <br /> <br />Councilrnember Holmes requested an explanation of the difference between Option 1 and <br />Option 2 and questioned the reason for the three options. Civil Engineer Giga explained that <br />Option 1 includes complete reconstruction of the streets and strum sewer; Option 2 includes no <br />street reconstruction, but does include construction of rain gardens. The three options were <br />provided due to the mixed response by residents at neighborhood meetings about proceeding <br />with the proj ect at this time. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holmes questioned the separate sanitary sewer pipeline project. Civil <br />Engineer Giga explained that it is part of the III reduction project wi1l be brought to Council at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant questioned the PCI rating for the remaining roads. Civil Engineer Giga <br />explained some are higher and some are lower. She stated some areas had received an overlay <br />which would affect the PCI rating. She explained the PCI rating process. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holden questioned the existing storm water catch basins. Civil Engineer <br />Giga explained that the proposed storm sewer would be connected to an existing storm sewer at <br />Glenhill Road and Ridgewood Road. The existing storm sewer to the north would then be <br />upgraded as needed when the rest of the neighborhood streets are reconstructed... <br /> <br />Councilrnernber McClung questioned whether pavement conditions were actually looked at to <br />verifY the PCI ratings. Civil Engineer Giga replied they were and the conditions of the streets <br />are close to the projections. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councihnember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to Adopt Resolution 2008-007, receiving the Feasibility Report for <br />the 2008 PMP Project and Ordering the Public Hearing for Asbury Avenue <br />and Ridgewood Road from the City Limits to Glenhill Road. The motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />B. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2008-001 in Planning Case 07-025 to Amend <br />Section 1305.04, Repeal Section 1325.10, and Adopt Section 1325.12 of the <br />Zoning Code Regarding Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and Watercraft <br />Outdoor Storage, as Presented in the December 5, 2007 Planning Case Report. <br /> <br />Planner Beekman presented Ordinance 2008-001. <br />
