<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - January 14, 2008 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Ms. Stacy Kvilvang, Elhers & Associates, presented the TCAAP update to include new <br />information on the acquisition of TCAAP property, the environmental characterization and <br />demolition, the Preliminary Development Agreement, the Highway 10 and 96 Proj ect, the Master <br />Development Agreement, the Bonding Bill, the Housing Market Study, the Communications <br />Strategy, Congressional Letters, and Engineer Consultants. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant commented that the Master Development Agreement is preliminary <br />versus a master development agreement. Ms. Kvilvang replied that was correct. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber McClung questioned the design options from Mn/DOT and asked if they are <br />available for review by residents. Public Works Director Hoag replied they are available; <br />however, he needs to add an explanation prior to releasing them. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holdeu questioned who would represent the City at the meeting on January 15, <br />2008. Ms. Kvilvang replied Assistant City Administrator Simon would represent the City. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holden commented a map for the pipeline throughout the site was requested. <br />Ms. Kvilvang replied this is available electronically and via hard copy. <br /> <br />B. 911 Communications Dispatch Update <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag presented the updated information regarding the issues <br />surrounding the 911 communications dispatch. He commented there have been no significant <br />issues since the occurrence in November 2008. <br /> <br />Councilrnernber Holden requested information on service relative to response times. <br />Councilrnernber McClung clarified that Councihnember Holden is referring to dispatch <br />services from the receipt of the 911 call to dispatch of services. Public Works Director Hoag <br />replied he would look into this issue for the next meeting. <br /> <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant commented that in his six years on council, he has had the pleasure of <br />being the liaison with the Planning Commission. He publicly recognized the hard work and <br />diligence ofMr. David Sand. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant offered thanks to the operations and maintenance staff for the snow <br />removal over the past several weeks. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Grant reported the Financial Planning and Analysis Committee met and stated <br />he has enjoyed working with this group and thanked them for their hard work. <br />
