<br />In the past, Ramsey County has not objected to a full or limited access to Hamline A venue. Staff <br />requests additional feedback on the potential for a full or limited aceess to Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Former City Hall/Public Works Property Information <br /> <br />The former City Hall!Public Works property is 6.82 acres with approximately .16 acres (6,939 <br />square feet) ofwetIands. It fronts County Road 96 and is abutted by residential lots on the south <br />and west sides and a daycare facility on the east side. The property has access from Hamline <br />Avenue and County Road 96; however, the County Road 96 entrance is right-in right-out only <br />and the Hamline Avenue entrance has not been constructed (Attachment A). The property is <br />currently zoned Neighborhood Business (NB).
