Since this review update was delayed to February, the next community
meeting will be in Mareh. The purpose of the March community meeting is to discuss the results
of the December community meeting, the results of this work session meeting, and to gather
additional input on a coneept plan.

Once the RFP is prepared and approved by the City Council, it will be released to potential
developers. The RFP will list the requirements set by the City, and developers will be able to
submit proposals that meet the requirements listed in the RFP. The proposals are then evaluated
by the City for compliance with the RFP and, if a proposal meets the requirements set by the
City, it can be accepted by the City.

Any new development at the former City HalllPublic Works property will likely require a
planned unit development (PUD) application.
