<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City approves the Position Paper. <br /> <br />2. City staff, consultants and the Mayor and Interim City Administrator are <br />authorized and directed to take all actions and execute any documents necessary to carry <br />out the intent of this resolution, including without limitation delivery of a copy of this <br />resolution to MnDOT and the County. <br /> <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills this _ day of March, <br /> <br />2008. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
