<br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-020 <br /> <br />APPROVING PRELIMINARY DESIGN POSITIONS <br />FOR INTERSTATE 694, HIGHWAY 10 <br />AND COUNTY ROAD 96 PROJECTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills (the "City"), <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in the process of considering three road improvement <br />projects located in part the City, identified as follows: <br /> <br />(a) Interstate 694 from Interstate 35E to 35W; <br /> <br />(b) Grade separation of Highway 10 and County Road 96; and <br /> <br />(c) Access between Highway lO and County 96 after grade separation; <br /> <br />(referred to together as the "Road Projects") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Road Projects are being undertaken primarily by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation ("MnDOT"), Ramsey County (the "County") and City of <br />Arden Hills (the "City"), either in lead or cooperative roles, depending on the project, <br />with input from the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has identified various issues and concerns that <br />must be addressed as part of preliminary design work for each of the Road Projects, <br />which concerns are summarized in the document titled "Arden Hills Interstate 694, <br />Highway 10 and County Road 96 Preliminary Design Issues and Position," attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A (the "Position Paper"). <br />
