A cost estimate for completion of the project and breakdown by major tasks. <br />5. A listing ofrecent studies that are similar in scope and complexity that the <br />firm has completed. The lists should include: <br />o Project Location <br />o Project Description <br />o Contact Person including title, address aod phone number <br />6. Seven copies of the proposal must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />March 3, 2008 to the address listed below. <br /> <br />SELECTION PROCESS <br /> <br />Any questions regarding the Request for Proposal should be submitted in writing (letter <br />or email) to the Fire Chief by Thursday, February 21, 2008. Written responses to aoy <br />questions will be sent to all firms that have either received or requested a copy of the <br />RFP. <br /> <br />Each proposal will be evaluated based on the consultaots' response to the Request for <br />Proposal. Emphasis will be placed on, but not be limited to, experience with similar <br />projects, timeliness of the proposed schedule, project understanding and cost of the <br />project. <br /> <br />The Selection Review Committee may require additional information during the selection <br />process. The selection committee may also choose to interview firms prior to making a <br />selection. Neither the Lake Johanna Fire Department, its Board of Directors, or the cities <br />of Arden Hills, North Oaks, and Shoreview will be liable for any expense incurred by the <br />consultaot in preparing or submitting the proposal.
