Preliminary <br />Desil!n Positions For Interstate 694. Hil!hwav 10 and County Road <br />96 Proiects. <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Willis introduced this item for Stacie Kvilvang; this <br />item is a follow up to the February 13, 2008 worksession regarding the various <br />concept plans. The Stafflooked at the comments made on February 13,2008 and <br />then developed the concept plan and position paper that was being presented. This <br />is designed to be a communication tool to articulate the Council's issues they would <br />like to have reviewed and addressed as this process moves forward. The comments <br />made by the Council were put into categories or three projects. There are three <br />separate agencies specifically going to be involved in the various tasks that are <br />ultimately arrive at decisions and conclusions as these projects move forward. The <br />first is the Mn/DOT-Interchange project and that is Interstate 694 Study from 35E <br />
